We are sending your orders with Iceland Post – Íslandspóstur.
All parcels are traceable.
On checkout from some European countries you will choose from two delivery possibilities:
1. Small Packages – Under 2 kg, uninsured, traceable, unable to submit an inquiry (costs less).
2. Parcel for international delivery – Insured, traceable and you can submit an inquiry.
Delivery fees and timelines are according to rates from Iceland Post and can change over time.
All prices in the online store are displayed with 24% VAT for Icelandic customers.
If you are not in Iceland – at checkout you’ll see your price without VAT.
Our customers from most other countries do not need to pay for importing fees, duties or VAT(Valued Additional Tax). However, some limited countries (especially for some European countries such as Germany, Italy, UK and Canada,etc.) may need to pay duties or VAT according to your countries’ rules on taxation.
After you place your order, we’ll take 1-2 business days to confirm and arrange delivery. You’ll receive an order confirmation email immediately after checkout. Than you´ll receive confirmation with tracing number for your parcel. You can track the progress of your order under „My account”.
